Ride to Chuckwagon Cook-off in Clarendon TX-East on I-40 to Amarillo, then south on US 287 to Clarendon-reverse back to Albuquerque

The ride was 700 miles with a saddle time of 12 hours.

Day One-8/23-Albuquerque – Espanola – Alamosa – Fairplay – Denver – Loveland – Wheatland – Douglas

Ride through the mountains of Colorado with overnight stays in Gunnison and Ouray–North on I 25 to NM 599, then north on US 285 to US 160, then west on Us 160 to CO 149, then north on CO 149 to US 50, then east on US 50 to US 285, then north on US 24, then north on US 24 to CO 82, then east on CO 82 over the Independence Pass to CO 135, then south on CO 133 to CO 92, then west on CO 92 to US 50, then south on US 50 to US 550, then south on US 550 to I 25, then south on I 25 to Albuquerque.

The ride was 990 miles with a saddle time of 20 hours
